Tinker AFB Avigilon Access Control Systems and Services BPA

The U.S. Air Force's 72nd Air Base Wing at Tinker Air Force Base is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Avigilon brand name access control systems and related services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 72nd Air Base Wing, AFSC/PZIOA and SC/SCXP offices - OEM Highlight: - Avigilon is the sole specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all hardware, software, and system components - Vendors: - Multiple vendors will be selected (3-5 anticipated) to provide Avigilon products and services - Products and Services Requested: - Avigilon access control system equipment, including: - Card readers - Cameras - Enclosures - Keypads - Network switches (DISA APL/STIG compliant) - Associated Avigilon software and system components - Installation, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, troubleshooting, software updates, hardware upgrades, and new access control point installations - On-site training for government personnel - System compliance support (DISA STIGs, warranty, vulnerability remediation, ATO documentation) - Notable Requirements: - Brand name only: All products and services must be Avigilon - Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force security standards, including DISA STIGs - U.S. citizenship and experience in access control system installation required for contractor personnel - One-year warranty on all new parts - Detailed reporting, security compliance, and training obligations - Estimated Contract Value: - Total ceiling of $4.5 million over five years - Place of Performance: - All work and deliveries at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, including specific government offices and facilities on base

Description

The 72d Air Base Wing (72 ABW) at Tinker AFB intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the acquisition of Avigilon Brand Name access control equipment, components, and associated software.

This acquisition utilizes FAR Part 12 Commercial procedures. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government anticipates awarding three (3) to five (5) BPAs.

Instructions: This is a Brand Name only requirement (Justification attached). Interested vendors must review the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) package for the complete BPA Schedule, Statement of Need, and all terms and conditions. Quotes must conform to all solicitation requirements to be considered.
