The New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) is seeking consultant support for the execution of a Full-Scale Exercise (FSE) at the New York State Capitol in Albany on October 17, 2026. The exercise will simulate an active shooter scenario involving Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). The contract term is from October 17, 2026, to October 16, 2027, and the contract value is not to exceed $30,000.
