Description
The New York State Bridge Authority is seeking a qualified accounting firm to perform the audit of financial statements and provide an opinion as required by NYS and the Authority's Bond Resolution. The scope includes examination of financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and the next two fiscal years, issuance of an accountant's certificate regarding any defaults in the Bridge System Bond Resolution, and issuance of a management letter with recommendations and observations. Additionally, a compliance report on investment procedures is required, covering adherence to the Authority's Investment Policies and applicable laws. The contract term is 3 years with two 1-year extensions.
