Description
The Department of National Research Council Canada (NRC), Human Health Therapeutics Research Centre, requires the supply and delivery of Specific Pathogen‑Free (SPF) laboratory animals, or equivalent, including mice, rats, hamsters, and rabbits, to support approved research protocols. All animals must meet criteria related to genotype, health status, sex, age, weight, and pregnancy status, and must be housed and bred in compliance with Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC) guidelines. The contract duration is estimated at 58 months starting from May 29, 2026. The procurement is subject to multiple trade agreements including WTO GPA, CFTA, CETA, and others.
