Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor required for the deck porch, stairs, and ramp replacement project at the Chatham County Sheriff Office (CCSO) Firing Range Buildings 1 and 2. The project includes removal and replacement of the identified deck porch, stairs, and ramp, installation of new 6x6 posts set in concrete, building new lattice under deck framing, and ensuring ramps meet ADA guidelines. Bids will be awarded as a one-time contract. An onsite pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled to allow contractors to verify measurements and site conditions, which are the contractor's responsibility.
