The Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive IT professional services supporting its Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO): - Buyer: Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans, Office of the Chief Information Officer - Scope of Services: - Enterprise application support, infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity, operational technology, information management, and digital transformation - Approximately 41 initial IT staff positions across help desk, GIS, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, project management, cloud engineering, database administration, and network engineering - Services delivered via individual Task Orders under a multi-year contract - Flexibility for staffing adjustments and Civil Service workforce transitions - Key Service Line Items: - Help Desk and End-User Support (2 positions) - PC Support Technicians (8 positions) - GIS Analysts/Specialists (4 positions) with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network migration support - Enterprise Application Analysts/Support (6 positions) for platforms including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Customer Information System, Enterprise Asset Management System, and Human Capital Management - Web Development (3 positions) with ADA/WCAG 2.1 compliance - Cybersecurity Manager and Analysts (2 positions) - Project Managers for enterprise modernization (3 positions) - Cloud Engineer (1 position) for Microsoft Azure and other cloud environments - Database Manager/Administrators (2 positions) - Data Conversion Specialist (1 position) - Network Administrators/Engineers (8 positions) - Notable Requirements: - Ability to support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise modernization projects - Experience with major enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ESRI ArcGIS, Microsoft Azure) - Support for ADA/WCAG 2.1 digital accessibility standards - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated, but experience with leading IT platforms is required - Places of Performance: - Primary Data Center and IT Offices at 625 St. Joseph Street, New Orleans - Carrollton Water Treatment Plant, Central Yard, Algiers Water Plant, K&B Building, and 28 pump stations throughout New Orleans

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide information technology (IT) professional services in support of the Board's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Services may include enterprise application support, infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity, operational technology, information management, and digital transformation. All services will be authorized through individual Task Orders issued under the resulting contract. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 21, 2026, and proposals are due by June 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM CDT.
