Description

The U.S. District for the District of Delaware (DED) is seeking pricing to outsource our jury mailings. This includes printing, packaging, preparation and mailing of summonses and questionnaires to jurors as well as setting up a secure system for DED Clerk’s Office to provide juror information electronically. The contractor is also required to update addresses from the National Change of Address (NCOA) database for the Jury wheel pool twice a year for the DED Clerk’s Office.
