Description

The County of San Diego is soliciting proposals for the Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP) to provide supportive services for eligible caregivers aged 18 and older caring for individuals 60 and older. Services include public information, community education, counseling, support groups, case management, caregiver training, and respite care. The contract term is an initial 11 months with three one-year options, starting August 1, 2025. The estimated annual contract amount is $782,200, with a total contract value not to exceed $3,128,800.
