The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA, intends to solicit to overhaul of the crane’s main telescoping boom at the River Reserve Fleet (JRRF) facility at JBLE Fort Eustis, in Newport News.  This is a notice that the government intends to award to the responsible quoter on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable basis.
