The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), under the U.S. Navy, is seeking sources for annual preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for a Waygate CRxVision computed radiography (CR) scanner. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) - OEM Highlight: - Waygate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the CRxVision scanner - Products/Services Requested: - Annual onsite preventive maintenance for one (1) Waygate CRxVision computed radiography scanner (part number: Seirfert CRxVision 5517/100) - Includes diagnostics, cleaning, lubrication, OEM component replacement, and final verification per OEM specifications - Optional emergency repair service call for the same scanner - Requires initial response within 24 hours and onsite dispatch within 3-5 business days - Repairs must use OEM parts and be performed by OEM-certified personnel - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All maintenance and repairs must comply with OEM specifications - Contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens and hold appropriate security clearance - Strict quality control, confidentiality, and compliance with PHNSY & IMF regulations are required - Detailed field service reports must be provided within 5 business days after service - Place of Performance: - Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF, 667 Safeguard St Suite 100, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for market research purposes in accordance with RFO 10.001. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources capable of providing all-inclusive onsite  annual preventative maintenance (PM) and optional emergency repair service call for one (1) Waygate CRxVision computed radiography (CR) scanner to maintain the system in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; the size standard for this NAICS in millions of dollars is $34. Product Service Code is J049 - Maintenance, Repair, Rebuild of Equipment.

This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
