The U.S. Air Force at Beale Air Force Base is seeking information from industry for the lease of a two-stall, trailer-mounted restroom to support the 9th Maintenance Group. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Combat Command, 9th Contracting Squadron (9 CONS PK), Beale AFB, CA - 9th Maintenance Group (MXG) is the end user - Products/Services Requested: - Lease of one two-stall trailer-mounted restroom with separate gender-designated stations - Each station includes: toilet, sink, mirror, shower, overhead lighting, hot/cold water, self-contained waste and potable water tanks, 120v/20amp electrical connection, and 100-foot extension cord - Delivery, installation, and setup at Beale AFB (BLDG 1319, 19100 Alert Drive) - Weekly waste tank emptying and servicing compliant with AFOSH and Department of War regulations - Demobilization and removal of the trailer at contract end - Quantities and Period of Performance: - Initial delivery and setup: 1 job per year - Monthly trailer lease: 12 months per year (6 months in final option year) - Weekly waste tank servicing: 53 weeks per year (26 weeks in final option year) - Demobilization: 1 job per year - Contract includes a base year plus four full option years and a partial fifth option year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Trailer must have both toilet and shower facilities in each station - Compliance with Air Force safety, security, and environmental regulations - Coordination with government representatives for delivery, servicing, and removal - All services must be performed at Beale AFB, CA - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified; vendors are to propose suitable solutions - Interested vendors are requested to provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for market research purposes
