Description

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island Arsenal is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for the Building 104 Garrison Consolidation construction project which involves the repair and alteration of an office building located at the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) in Rock Island, Illinois.  

Project Summary – This project involves the repair and renovation of approximately 13,290 sq. ft. of an existing office building. Work includes demolition, minor asbestos abatement, construction of new offices and conference rooms, installation of new walls, doors, and flooring, and significant repairs/revisions to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The Contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract within 30 calendar days after the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP), prosecute the work diligently, and complete the Scope of Work in 120 working days. See attached Statement of Work dated 30 April 2026.

Interested sources should provide responses no later than 3:00PM Central Time on May 22, 2026.

Responses should include the following information:

Details of previous, in-scope projects, including dates and the organizations for which the work was performed. CAGE code. Small business designation. Business size status.
