Description

This project involves the rehabilitation of existing wharf bearing piles at the Meteghan Small Craft Harbour in Digby County, Nova Scotia. The scope includes removal of deteriorated concrete, both above-water and underwater repairs, and installation of new fibre-reinforced concrete pile jackets. Marine construction and professional diving services are required. Additional scope includes installation of temporary access and scaffolding, environmental protection measures, debris management, and coordination with harbour users. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, marine access, environmental controls, safety measures, inspections, and coordination with Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
