This is a Request for Quote for Entrance Mats Rentals and Cleaning in support of the Coatesville VAMC.

All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Lakeisiha Davenport at lakeisiha.davenport@va.gov, no later than Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 11:00am est.  

Questions submitted after this date will not be answered.                                   

Quotes shall be submitted by Thursday, May 21, 2026, 1:00pm est., to lakeisiha.davenport@va.gov.
