The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to repair or replace an Ethium Lithium-Ion Battery Pack for a Toyota electric forklift at the Shawnee VA CMOP facility. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office - CMOP, Leavenworth Contracting Office - OEMs and Vendors: - Ethium (by Econtrols) - Products/Services Requested: - Ethium Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (part number ET36-2480-31) - Quantity: 1 - For Toyota electric forklift Model #SRI-HPM40 - Repair and maintenance services including: - Removal, crating, and shipment of battery pack to manufacturer (preferably Ethium by Econtrols) - Repair, reinstallation, preventative maintenance, and verification of forklift operation (including Viking charger functionality) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Work must restore forklift operation within 60 days of award - Vendors must respond to a Statement of Requirements and provide capability statements - Preference for shipment to OEM manufacturer (Ethium by Econtrols in San Antonio, TX) - Place of Performance: - Shawnee VA CMOP, 23501 W. 84th St, Shawnee, KS 66227 - Contracting Office: NCO 15 Contracting Office - CMOP, Leavenworth, KS

PURPOSE: This is a Sources Sought announcement only.
This is not a solicitation announcement. The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and is issuing this sources sought notice for Ethium Lithium-Ion Battery Pack repair/replacement. Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information. Vendors are required to address the following questions to be considered a viable source for future needs;
