The Department of National Defence (DND) of Canada is seeking proposals for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to supply Blood Collection Mixers, operator training, and technical service training. These products and services are intended for use by Canadian Forces Health Services clinics across Canada, supporting the Emergency Donor Panel and enabling the collection of Fresh Whole Blood in operational environments. The contract duration is estimated to be 56 months, from July 15, 2026, to March 31, 2031. The procurement will be conducted through a competitive open bidding process with the selection criterion being the lowest price.
