The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for exterior painting services on the stucco walls of the Park Complex Superintendent's residence and shed at Devils River State Natural Area (Dan Hughes Unit) located in Val Verde County, Texas. The contract will commence upon the Notice to Proceed and expire upon completion and final acceptance by TPWD. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting bids.
