The U.S. Army is seeking specialized maintenance and repair services for laboratory environmental systems at the TMDE Support Center, Tobyhanna Army Depot. - Government Buyer: - Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), Redstone Services & IT Solution Branch Space, CCAM-CAD-B - U.S. Army TMDE Activity (USATA), TMDE Support Center, Tobyhanna Army Depot - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named; services must be performed by the original equipment provider that installed the systems during previous renovations - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and replacement of existing temperature/humidity controllers in three labs with PLC controllers housed in new 24x24 NEMA enclosures - Provision of a new standalone PC with VT SCADA software for monitoring, trending, and data storage - Programming of PLCs to match existing temperature/humidity controls - Installation of new control panels and interface equipment to existing systems - Startup and training for the new control system - Deliverables include a written summary of lab conditions and environmental certification records - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be the original equipment provider - Work must be performed on-site during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 0730–1630, excluding weekends and holidays) - Services support calibration and repair of sensitive scientific equipment by maintaining precise temperature and humidity environments

Description

Maintenance and repair of its laboratory environment systems located at its TMDE Support Center, Tobyhanna Army Depot, 11 Hap Arnold Blvd, Tobyhanna, PA 18466.

Under this agreement the Contractor shall furnish all labor, diagnostic software, hardware, documentation, schematics and equipment required to provide evaluation, maintenance and repair to laboratory environmental systems required to maintenance temperature and humidity environments required for calibration and repair of sensitive scientific equipment. The required services shall be provided by the original equipment provider which installed the systems during previous renovations. Performance Requirements:

Remove existing Temp/Humidity Controller for each of the Three (3) labs and replace with PLC Controller PLC controller to be housed in a ndw 24x24 NEMA Enclosure Provide a new stand along PC with VT SCADA to monitor, trend and store all data Program PLC's to match existing temperature/humidity control Install new control panels and interface to existing equipment Startup/Training of new control system
