Description

The Village of McBride is seeking proposals from qualified firms to implement Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) on water service connections within the service area. The project includes installing 365 water meters (283 new and 82 replacements), replacing existing meters, and implementing data collection technology for AMI Village-wide. The preferred technology is a fixed network AMI due to cellular coverage variability, but proposals using cellular or hybrid networks will be considered. Proposals must be submitted via email by June 2, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
