The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive one contract to to provide oceanographic surface drifting buoys that operate remotely in the ocean environment to the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) in accordance with the draft Statement of Work (SOW).
