This opportunity seeks a contractor to install a new audio/visual intercom system at the air traffic control tower of Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command - 28th Contracting Squadron (28 CONS PKC) - 28th Communications Squadron / 28th Civil Engineers Squadron - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the requirement is open to capable manufacturers and installers of audio/visual intercom systems. - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and replacement of the inoperable intercom system in Building 7104 (control tower) - Installation of a new audio/visual intercom system with 2-way communication on the 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 8th floors - Installation of a call button with audio/visual capability in the 1st floor foyer - System must be AC powered, closed (no internet dependency), and allow inter-floor communication - Training and operating instructions for end users - Site restoration and repair of any installation damage - Proper disposal of debris and hazardous materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must be closed (not internet-dependent) for security and reliability - Call button must be programmed to call the tower cab first, then other floors if unattended - Installation must be completed within 180 days of contract award - Work must be coordinated with the 28th Operations Group - Place of Performance: - Ellsworth Air Force Base, Building 7104, 814 Kenney Road, South Dakota - No specific part numbers or quantities beyond one system and installation are provided.

This is a sources sought to install a video intercom system at the the air traffic control tower at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. All requirements to conduct work must be met and work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) and in coordination with the 28 OG on Ellsworth AFB.
