Description

This solicitation is for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide painting, window, door, and gutter services in Los Angeles County. The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, travel, disposal, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove and install new gutters, perform lead abatement, prepare surfaces and apply paint, remove existing windows and replace them with new ones, and remove existing exterior doors and replace them with new exterior doors, including re-keying new doors to Caltrans.
