This opportunity seeks Spanish language instruction services for U.S. military personnel and authorized civilians at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), Education Center, Soto Cano Air Base - U.S. Army Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, JTFB COA, Unit 5720 PSC 42, APO AA 34042-5720 - Products/Services Requested: - Eight modules of conversational Spanish instruction per year - Each module consists of 54 hours of instruction - Classes held Monday through Thursday, 1730-1930 - Instruction covers Basic to Intermediate/Advanced levels - Syllabus preparation, homework, assessments, and attendance tracking required - Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance coverage for personnel - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services - Government will furnish classrooms, textbooks, and equipment - Quality control, security clearances, and reporting required - DBA insurance must be reimbursed at actual cost upon proof of payment - Period of Performance: - One base year plus four option years (total five years) - Each year includes eight modules of instruction - Place of Performance: - Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras (ASA-Education Services) - No OEMs or specific vendors are named; this is a service-only solicitation.

Description

Spanish Instructor service. Eight (8) modules per year (One Base Year + 4 option Years), each module shall be 54 hours. Classes will  be offered Monday through Thursday between the hours of 1730-1930 in accordance with paragraph 1.6.5 of the PWS.
