NASA's Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD) Innovative Concepts team is seeking contractor support for strategic foresight and horizon scanning research. - Government Buyer: - NASA Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD), Innovative Concepts (IC) team within the Transformative Tools and Technologies (TTT) project - NASA Shared Services Center, Stennis Space Center, MS - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Research services for horizon scanning and strategic foresight - Data collection and analysis support for NASA Madi integration - Tasks include scraping and tagging data from social media, academic publications, patents, news, and human interviews - Analysis of bias and sentiment across PESTELE domains (Policy, Economics, Social, Technology, Environment, Legal, Ethics) - Integration of findings into NASA's Madi knowledge system - Ten expert topic briefings, including interviewee bios, transcripts, key insights, and formatted presentations - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on diverse data sources and tagging by policy, economics, technology, and human needs frameworks - Deliverables must align with NASA taxonomy and tagging standards - Contractor must be available for consultation and iterative feedback during the 12-month base period - Place of Performance: - NASA Shared Services Center, Stennis Space Center, MS - NASA Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD)
