The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) at Glynco, Georgia is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive portable toilet rental and maintenance services for its campus. - Government Buyer: - Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Department of Homeland Security - Procurement office located at 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Brunswick, GA - Products/Services Requested: - Rental and maintenance of 19 portable toilet units - Pump-out services for 2 government-owned portable bathrooms - Surge capacity for additional portable toilets as needed - Services include twice-weekly cleaning, relocation, pump-out, repair, painting, and maintenance - Toilets must be sequentially numbered and maintained in clean, serviceable condition - Strict compliance with Georgia environmental regulations and FLETC directives - Locations include various campus sites (e.g., Nevo 7, Nevo 8, Shotgun Range, Melvins Tavern, and others) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contract includes a 30-day phase-in, a base period, and up to five option years - Surge support for additional units during special events or increased demand - Detailed quality control, safety, and personnel requirements - All equipment and services must comply with federal and state environmental and safety standards - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Opportunity is open to qualified service providers with experience in portable sanitation solutions

Description

This RFI/Sources Sought is to gauge interest in providing Portable Toilet Rental and Maintenance Services to the Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in the Glynco/Brunswick, GA 31524 area.  Interested companies are asked to provide:

1. Company Name and Contact Info

2. SAM.gov Unique Entitiy Identifier (UID)

3. Socio-Economic Category(ies)

The planned contract is for a Base + 4 Option Periods that includes a 30-day phase-in.
