Cottonwood Substation Construction, Stage 02, Phase 01Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of Cottonwood Substation, Stage 02, Phase 01 located in Shasta County, CA. The principal components of work include one (1) pre-fabricated control building foundation, site development for yard access, removal of existing wall to accommodate one (1) automatic 20-foot rolling gate, gate accessibility equipment including one (1) environmental enclosure and associated control cables, two (2) keypads and one (1) gate motor operator, station service arrangement and associated foundations including one (1) AC distribution panel, one (1) automatic transfer switch and two (2) fusible safety disconnect switches, two (2) precast pull boxes, and concrete encased duct banks.The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All work is to be completed within 180 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237130 with an SBA Size Standard of $45.0M.
