Description
This solicitation is a Request for Proposal for a Dam Safety Review (DSR) of the Bullshead and Elkwater Dams and their appurtenant structures. The review includes assessing dam safety deficiencies, non-conformances, and operations, maintenance and surveillance issues, with recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation.
