The Government of Alberta is soliciting proposals for a Dam Safety Review (DSR) and risk analysis of the Women’s Coulee Dam and its appurtenant structures. The review includes assessing dam safety deficiencies, non-conformances, and operations, maintenance and surveillance issues, with recommendations for remediation and risk management. The work must comply with specified regulations and guidelines including the Alberta Dam and Canal Safety Directive and Canadian Dam Association standards.
