Description

Legal Aid BC (LABC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of a modern enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics platform using Microsoft Power BI and Azure Fabric Data Warehouse (AFDW). The selected vendor will assess and enhance LABC’s existing environment, migrate legacy data assets and MicroStrategy reports to the new platform, and implement the data structures, pipelines, governance practices, security controls, and reporting capabilities required to support reliable enterprise reporting and analytics. The vendor will also support the development of LABC’s Data and Analytics practice through data governance, operational capability building, and readiness for future AI and advanced analytics initiatives. Additionally, professional services resources will be provided to augment LABC’s internal team for successful implementation, adoption, operational transition, and sustainment of the BI platform.
