Description
The City of Burbank is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide Progressive Design Build (PDB) services for the Burbank Library and Civic Center project. The selected Design-Builder will be responsible for the design and construction of the project, including all labor, materials, equipment, services, and support facilities. Key tasks include validating the project program, budget, scope, and schedule; facilitating design workshops; performing initial studies and investigations; developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates; managing design and construction; coordinating with stakeholders; and ensuring quality assurance and safety. The project has an estimated value of $155,000,000 and requires a California Class A or B contractor license.
