The A&I Procurement Office is soliciting proposals for a cloud- and web-based asset management plan platform and the creation of asset management plans for approximately 412 community public water systems in Wyoming. The solicitation also includes pricing for creating asset management plans for wastewater and stormwater infrastructure where relevant for these public water systems. Proposals must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system by June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT. Questions are due by May 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT and must be submitted through the same system.
