The contract term is anticipated to begin July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with possible extensions for up to two additional one-year periods. Vendors must submit firm pricing and indicate how long prices will remain firm. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible vendor(s), with partial quotes accepted. The district reserves the right to add related services or materials during the contract period by mutual agreement.
