Description

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, herbicide, and incidentals necessary to cut and/or chemically treat invasive buckthorn and honeysuckle using herbicide and hand mechanical cutting. The work will be performed in Douglas and Otter Tail Counties on Folden Woods Marsh WMA (34.62 acres), La Grande WMA (35.22 acres), and Valdine WMA (3.2 acres). A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2026, at Valdine WMA. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting all specifications and terms.
