Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters of aluminum foil from the Republic of Türkiye made sales at less than normal value during the period of review from November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. The administrative review is being rescinded in part with respect to one company, ASAS Aluminyum Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
