Description

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the U.S. Department of the Air Force, Francis E. Warren Air Force Base (F.E. Warren AFB) intends to carry out the disposition of human remains and associated funerary objects removed from Federal or Tribal lands. The disposition will be made to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribe, or Native Hawaiian organization with priority for disposition. The notice outlines the timeline for disposition and the process for claims. If no claim is received by May 12, 2027, the remains and objects will be considered unclaimed.
