The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a petition from Sea Eagle Ford LLC for reinstatement of the terminated competitive oil and gas lease TXNM139423 located in McMullen County, Texas. The lessee filed the petition timely and paid the required rental from the date of termination. No other leases have been issued affecting these lands.
