Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for conducting a Dam Safety Review (DSR) of the Bullshead and Elkwater Dams and their appurtenant structures. The review includes assessing dam safety deficiencies, non-conformances, and operations, maintenance, and surveillance issues, with recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation. The DSR must comply with specified regulations and guidelines including the Alberta Dam and Canal Safety Directive and Canadian Dam Association guidelines.
