Description
The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is soliciting proposals for leasing 20,095 square feet of usable office space and 195 square feet of outdoor employee lounge area in Hays or Caldwell County, Texas. The leased space will serve the Department of Public Safety - Drivers License (DPS-DL) and must comply with specifications outlined in the RFP, including location within specified corridors and adherence to state lease contract terms. The lease term options are for five or ten years starting May 1, 2027 or sooner. Proposals must meet all requirements to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
