Consulting Services for Early Intervention ILP Grantee Funding Formula Methodology

The Alaska Department of Health, Division of Senior and Disabilities Services, is seeking input from qualified vendors to develop a funding formula methodology for the Early Intervention/Infant Learning Program (ILP): - Purpose: Guide distribution of state and federal grant funds to 15 regional ILP grantees statewide - Requested service: Consulting to design a funding formula methodology - Must consider actual and potential revenue sources - Account for regional cost differences, travel expenses, population and enrollment numbers, and service intensity - Requirements: - Vendors should have experience with Early Intervention federal and state regulations - Demonstrated expertise in developing funding methodologies for similar programs in other states - No specific OEMs or commercial product vendors are named - This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only; no purchase or contract is guaranteed

The Alaska Department of Health, Division of Senior and Disabilities Services is seeking information from qualified vendors to develop a grantee funding formula methodology for the next competitive funding cycle (FY29). This formula will guide the distribution of state and federal grant funds to regional ILP grantees, considering factors such as revenue sources, regional cost differences, travel expenses, population and enrollment numbers, and service intensity. The RFI is for informational purposes only and does not obligate the State to conduct a solicitation or purchase any goods or services.
