Description

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified professional firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation to perform a wide range of small construction projects. These projects include minor construction, installations, repairs, alterations, emergency repair, general maintenance, minor renovations, site work, grading, excavation, and utility systems work. Future projects assigned to awarded contractors may require bonding. The evaluation will be based on contractors scoring 90 or higher on the evaluations.
