The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive refuse collection and disposal services at the Garrison Project/Lake Sakakawea in North Dakota. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District (ENDIST OMAHA) - Garrison Project/Lake Sakakawea - Contracting office: KO CONTRACTING OFFICE, Omaha, NE - Products and Services Requested: - Weekly refuse collection and lawful disposal of non-hazardous waste from multiple federal facilities, including campgrounds, boat ramps, power plant, maintenance shop, and administration building - Furnishing and servicing dumpsters of various sizes at specified locations: - 4 cubic yard dumpsters: 22 units across multiple sites (Downstream Campground, Downstream Boat Ramp, Government Bay Boat Ramp, Wolf Creek Campground, East Totten Trail Campground, Douglas Creek Campground, Garrison Power Plant, Maintenance Shop, Administration Building) - 8 cubic yard dumpsters: 2 units (Downstream Campground overflow, East Totten Trail Campground) - Handling of bulk items and maintaining cleanliness of containers and collection areas - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision - Services must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations - Performance-based contract with quality and compliance standards - Open to all business sizes, including small business set-asides (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB) - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are referenced; the focus is on service delivery and equipment provision - Period of performance includes a base year with four 12-month option years - All work is to be performed at federal facilities associated with the Garrison Project/Lake Sakakawea

Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Refuse Collection and Disposal services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Garrison Project/Lake Sakakawea. Services include safe, and lawful removal and disposal of non-hazardous refuse from all areas identified in this PWS.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Refuse Collection and Disposal as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The work shall be performed at the Government owned facilities: Downstream Campground, Downstream Boat Ramp, Douglas Creek Campground, Government Bay Boat Ramp, Wolf Creek Campground, East Totten Trail Campground, Power Plant, Maintenance Shop and Administration Building.
