Description

The County intends to establish a pool of qualified consultants through award of Master Services Agreements (MSAs). The County is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) through RFQ #26045 for on-call architectural and engineering services to plan and design County projects of various sizes and complexities. The selected A&E firms will support all phases of programming, planning, design, permitting, and construction administration for these projects. Firms must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and provide necessary materials and supervision throughout the MSA term. Additionally, firms will assist the County in acquiring and developing land and infrastructure, including developing design criteria and construction documents such as detailed plans and specifications for project delivery and construction.
