Description

The City of Winter Springs is requesting proposals for the construction and installation of reclaimed water mains. The project includes 1,300 linear feet of 8-inch reclaimed water main from the intersection of Blumberg Boulevard and Tuskawilla Road to Fanning Drive along Tuskawilla Road, and 3,500 linear feet of 8-inch reclaimed water main along Michael Blake Blvd to connect to the existing 12-inch reclaimed water main at SR 434. This project is partially funded by a State of Florida Appropriation Request and must comply with the conditions of the Grant Agreement. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the public parking lot next to the fountain at the intersection of Blumberg Blvd and Tuskawilla Rd.
