FDNY is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive maintenance, support, and hosting services for several mission-critical technology systems: - Government Buyer: - Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) - Key facilities: FDNY Headquarters and Bureau of Health Services, Brooklyn, NY - OEMs and Vendors: - IMAGEWORK TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION (primary OEM and incumbent) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance, technical support, software licensing, system administration, and cloud hosting for: - Provider Payment Verification System - Workers’ Compensation Claim and Payment System (WCCS) - ClaimConnect Hosted Customer Payment Portal - Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) - Vendor Connect Hosted Customer Payment Portal - WTC Direct Payment Claims Processing System - 24/7 telephone support and rapid response to service requests - Application support for FDNY’s Medical Division, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, security patching, and integration with financial/federal systems - Systems support, incident/change management, reporting, and service transition - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Cloud hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent - Strict HIPAA compliance and data security - Interoperability with FDNY and federal systems - Compliance with NYC Procurement Policy Board rules - Sole source intent with IMAGEWORK TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, but open to qualified competitors

Description

The Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with IMAGEWORK TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION to provide system maintenance, technical support, software licensing, system administration, and hosting for FDNY technology systems including Provider Payment Verification System, Workers’ Compensation Claim and Payment System (WCCS), ClaimConnect Hosted Customer Payment Portal, Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS), and Vendor Connect Hosted Customer Payment Portal. The solicitation invites other vendors who believe they can provide maintenance and support services for all listed systems to respond via PASSPort. The services include continuous functionality support, cloud hosting, technical support, cybersecurity patches, and software upgrades for these systems.
