Clemson University is seeking a one-time purchase of a portable, rugged, high-range medical ultrasound machine and probes for use in maternity care within a dedicated mobile maternity unit (MMU). The ultrasound unit and probes must be capable of transport and operation within a mobile health unit that travels across multiple counties on South Carolina roads. The system must support both transabdominal and transvaginal imaging and be compatible with curvilinear and transvaginal probes. The procurement includes the ultrasound unit, two sets of curvilinear and transvaginal probes, connectivity devices, required software, training, and setup. The system must also securely transmit images electronically to a remote healthcare PACS system.
