The Lambton Area Water Supply System (LAWSS) is seeking consulting services through a Qualifications-Based Selection process to complete a Financial Plan Update for the LAWSS Water Treatment Plant. The update is necessary due to significant infrastructure upgrades, a new Master Plan outlining future capital investments, and an ongoing update to the Asset Management Plan. The revised Financial Plan must provide a clear, transparent, and sustainable financial outlook in compliance with O. Reg. 453/07.
