The Village of Northbrook is seeking a qualified and financially sound entity or business owner/operator to enter into a Sub-Lease Agreement to operate a retail business at the Northbrook Metra Train Station located at 1401 Shermer Road, Northbrook. The available space is approximately 232 square feet and has most recently operated as a commuter grab and go coffee shop. The Village will consider various retail uses permitted by zoning, excluding financial institutions, tobacco stores, dry cleaners, and alcohol sales. The Sub-Lease Agreement is expected to commence around August 1, 2026, for an initial 12-month period with options to renew.
