Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Pekin, IL is issuing a solicitation, 15B41126Q00000008, for 4th QTR FY 26 Subsistence and Meat line items. Shipping will be FOB Destination. The delivery period will be July 6th, 2026, to July 17th, 2026, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Deliveries will be made to the Food Service Warehouse at 2600 S. Second St. Pekin, IL 61554. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make single or multiple awards. The Government reserves the right not to award a menu item. The evaluation factors are price, product quality, and vendor’s past performance. Be advised the Government is willing to pay more for better-quality products. The Government will award the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frame will be considered as non-performance under the contract terms.
