Description

This solicitation is for the provision of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to provide front and mid-list books, DVDs, and audiobooks for the Oak Ridge Library. The work must be performed in accordance with the attached specifications and contract. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form by the deadline and will be publicly opened at the City of Oak Ridge. Electronic bids are not accepted, and bidders must notify the Procurement Specialist in writing of any discrepancies or questions prior to bidding.
