Description

The County of Calaveras, Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Social Services Division, is soliciting qualified organizations to provide mental health therapy, family counseling, supervised visitation, and related supportive services to children, families, and adults involved in the County’s Child Welfare Services (CWS) program. The solicitation includes multiple service categories that may be awarded to one or more contractors, and proposers may apply for one or more categories. The County intends to enter into Professional Services Agreements for a three-year period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, subject to funding availability and Board of Supervisors approval. Award will be based on best value, with technical merit weighted more heavily than cost.
